Mapemond Resource is recruiting a Key Account Manager to build and manage key customer relationships, ensure timely delivery of products/services, and generate new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their objectives
• Ensure correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
• Resolve issues and complaints to maintain customer trust
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that turn into long-lasting relationships

Salary ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 monthly
