About the role

Business Developer Executive

Smart Home Exotic Hub is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to win new clients and grow revenue by selling recruitment and talent solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities
  • Pitch recruitment solutions to HR leaders, founders, and business owners
  • Convert prospects into signed clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure smooth role activation
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • 2–3 years proven experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident speaking with senior decision-makers
  • Target-driven, disciplined, and self-motivated
  • Experience in recruitment, HR services, or professional services is an advantage
