Business Developer Executive
Smart Home Exotic Hub is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to win new clients and grow revenue by selling recruitment and talent solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new business opportunities
- Pitch recruitment solutions to HR leaders, founders, and business owners
- Convert prospects into signed clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure smooth role activation
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- 2–3 years proven experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident speaking with senior decision-makers
- Target-driven, disciplined, and self-motivated
- Experience in recruitment, HR services, or professional services is an advantage
