About the role
Customer Service/Community Manager
We are seeking a proactive and organized Community Manager to engage, support, and grow our community. The ideal candidate will manage communication channels, coordinate community activities and events, create engaging content, and ensure a positive member experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage and support community members
- Moderate online community platforms
- Coordinate virtual events and engagement activities
- Create and share community updates and content
- Track engagement metrics and prepare reports
- Respond promptly to member inquiries
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service/community management or a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 per month
