About the role

Customer Service/Community Manager

We are seeking a proactive and organized Community Manager to engage, support, and grow our community. The ideal candidate will manage communication channels, coordinate community activities and events, create engaging content, and ensure a positive member experience.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and support community members
  • Moderate online community platforms
  • Coordinate virtual events and engagement activities
  • Create and share community updates and content
  • Track engagement metrics and prepare reports
  • Respond promptly to member inquiries

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service/community management or a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office

Salary

N80,000 - N100,000 per month
