Drilling / Well Intervention Subsea Advisor III

A Drilling / Well Intervention Subsea Advisor III is responsible for providing technical advice and oversight on subsea drilling, completion, and well intervention activities. This role involves coordinating with contractors, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, and managing subsea equipment and operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on discipline engineering work performed by internal teams and contractors.
• Act as a company representative for interfacing with subsea equipment and systems.
• Lead in coordinating surface integrity tests and witnessing recertification and testing of subsea pressure control equipment.
• Coordinate risk assessments for subsea equipment and ROV aspects during drilling, completions, and well interventions.
• Prepare procedures for subsea equipment deployment, retrieval, and related ROV tooling.
• Monitor service providers and provide project management support for subsea pressure control equipment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a closely related position.
• Extensive knowledge of subsea completion, workover, and light well intervention units.
• Experience in subsea system hydraulic modeling, well surveillance, and flow assurance.
• Strong organizational and technical judgment skills.
• Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to influence drilling workforce (employees and contractors).
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluent in English for technical and business communications.
• Willingness to work in harsh environments and travel for extended periods.
• Relevant industry experience in offshore/onshore drilling activities.
• Maintain a high degree of ethical conduct.
