A Customer Relations Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining positive interactions with customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients.
• Ensure all customer feedback is recorded and addressed.

Requirements

• HND/BSc in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Must reside close to Maryland.

Salary

• ₦100,000 monthly + other benefits
