Outbound Sales Representative

We are seeking an Outbound Sales Representative to join our team at Talent Forge Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and field sales. They will also onboard distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and B2B clients, present products, negotiate, and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and field sales.
• Onboard distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and B2B clients.
• Present products, negotiate, and close sales.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and drive repeat business.
• Track sales activities, market trends, and submit weekly reports.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years' outbound sales experience in FMCG, distribution, trading, or a related industry.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Salary ₦150,000/month + Commission (up to ₦200,000)
