Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to support the SME Growth Initiative
• Manage social media accounts, email marketing campaigns, and content scheduling
• Analyze growth metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with the project team to meet acquisition targets and business objectives
• Provide regular reporting on marketing activities and lead generation efforts

Requirements

• Proven interest in digital marketing, growth hacking, or business development
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet set targets
• Minimum Bachelor's degree or HND in a relevant field
• Willing to attend 2-week hybrid training program in Ikeja, Lagos
