Talent & User Experience Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent & User Experience Analyst to support our recruitment, talent operations, and user engagement initiatives in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, organize, and maintain accurate talent and user databases
• Track performance metrics and prepare dashboards for key talent and user experience indicators
• Support users, talent, and internal stakeholders through clear communication
• Prepare presentations and reports for leadership teams
• Manage candidate and user data with strong attention to detail

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, talent operations, or candidate management
• Strong understanding of user experience, customer support, or community engagement operations
• Ability to review, organize, and maintain accurate talent or user databases
• Proficiency in reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking across key metrics
• Strong communication skills for supporting users, talent, and internal stakeholders effectively
• Ability to prepare clear presentations and reports for leadership teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote, data-driven environment with strong attention to detail
