About the role

Office Assistant

Bravo Trophies Ltd is hiring an Office Assistant to support daily clerical operations and general office functions in Lagos.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily clerical tasks including phone calls, emails, data entry, bookkeeping, scanning, and invoicing
  • Provide general office support to ensure smooth running of operations

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: SSCE (High School)
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Working knowledge of office equipment (Printer & Scanner)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Must be proactive and competent
  • Entry-level role; 1 year experience preferred
  • Fluent in English

Salary NGN 80,000 – 100,000 monthly
