Manage and grow the foundation's social media presence by developing strategies, planning content, and engaging with the online community. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow audience and engagement
• Plan, schedule and publish content across all social media platforms
• Monitor performance, analyze insights and report on key metrics
• Engage with online community and respond to messages and comments
• Stay updated on trends and best practices
• Collaborate with content creator, graphic designer, content writer and team

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts (portfolio or samples required)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and analytics
• Excellent content planning and organization skills
• Great written communication and community management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Passion for our mission and a team player
