Open Market Representative (OMSR) – FMCG

Drive sales and product distribution across open market outlets in Ikorodu and environs. This role focuses on building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding market share in the FMCG sector.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and product distribution across open market outlets in Ikorodu and environs
• Achieve set sales volume and revenue targets
• Build and sustain strong relationships with market traders, wholesalers, and retailers
• Identify and onboard new customers to expand market share
• Ensure adequate product availability and visibility across market stalls
• Collect payments and reconcile daily sales with cash/stock records
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends, reporting insights to the Sales Supervisor
• Provide daily/weekly sales reports

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the Ikorodu open market terrain
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Prior experience in FMCG open market sales is an advantage
