The Head, Payment Services is responsible for the profitability and overall customer satisfaction for the Bank’s Payment Services/Solution. This role involves managing sales strategies, acquiring new clients, and ensuring operational excellence across digital and e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee merchant services, including onboarding, relationship management, and POS terminal deployment.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow transaction volume and market share.
• Manage e-commerce platforms, user experience, and online marketing efforts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a first degree; master's or professional qualification is a plus.
• Functional knowledge of digital channels and emerging payments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 10 years of post-graduation experience in banking, mobile money, telcos, or financial services.
