Chief Marketing Officer (Petroleum Products)

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is responsible for leading the company’s marketing, branding, and business development strategies across petroleum products and allied services. This role involves driving market penetration, customer acquisition, and sustainable growth while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for petroleum products, waste management, and environmental consultancy services.
• Position the company as a trusted leader in petroleum supply, pollution control, and marine services.
• Identify new business opportunities in industrial, medical, and domestic waste management sectors.
• Build strong partnerships with government agencies, corporate clients, and international stakeholders.
• Ensure marketing practices align with Nigerian oil & gas regulations and environmental standards.
• Drive profitability through innovative marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and distribution channels.
• Mentor and manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; (MBA preferred)
• Minimum of 15 years experience in Marketing / Revenue leadership, with at least 5 years at executive level.
• Strong understanding of Nigerian Oil & Gas downstream sector and environmental services
• Leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and proven track record in revenue growth.

Salary N1,500,000 - N1,800,000 per month (Net Salary) (However, the salary can be negotiated upward depending on the candidate’s experience)
