PC Planet is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations
• Monitor budgets, track expenses, and provide variance analysis
• Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
• Collaborate with management to provide financial insights for decision-making
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial data for easy retrieval

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and auditing standards
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CPA) preferred
