Human Resources Manager

Jobberman Nigeria Recruitment is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee HR administration, implement company policies, and supervise day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and staffing
• Performance management and improvement tracking systems
• Employee orientation and onboarding systems
• Staff training and development
• Compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping
• Maintaining employee files and HR filing system
• Participate in development of departmental goals, objectives, and systems
• Staff grievance and complaints management
• Administration of sanctions and discipline

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree minimum
• 4 years of mid-level experience
• Excellent computer skills
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of employment and labour laws
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
• Excellent organizational skills
• Fluent in English
