About the role

Marketing Operations Lead

Ruff n Tumble is seeking a Marketing Operations Lead to coordinate and execute marketing initiatives across all business units, manage campaigns, budgets, and vendor relationships, and drive operational excellence within the marketing department.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate execution of annual marketing calendar across all business units
  • Develop implementation plans for campaigns, product launches, seasonal activations, and promotional events
  • Lead end-to-end project coordination from planning through execution
  • Prepare and monitor departmental budgets; track expenditure against approved budgets
  • Manage relationships with advertising agencies, vendors, photographers, influencers, and media partners
  • Coordinate store marketing activities and local activations with Retail Operations
  • Maintain marketing asset repository and coordinate production/distribution of campaign materials
  • Develop marketing dashboards and operational reports; track campaign KPIs
  • Document marketing SOPs and drive process improvements
  • Collaborate with Retail Operations, E-commerce, and Customer Experience teams
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, brand standards, and compliance requirements

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Digital Marketing or Marketing Analytics certification (desirable)

Experience:

  • 5–8 years in marketing operations, brand management, project management, or marketing coordination
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands
  • Proven ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies
  • Strong understanding of marketing workflows and campaign execution
