Technical Sales Executive

DMS Automations Limited is seeking a Technical Sales Executive to identify and engage prospective clients, present technical solutions, and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through deal closure.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients in instrumentation, automation, and safety solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and conduct product demonstrations
• Provide technical guidance to help clients select appropriate solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Coordinate with engineering and support teams to ensure successful delivery
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare regular sales reports and meet agreed targets
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
• Conduct field work and client visits across Nigeria

Requirements

• Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand and explain instrumentation, automation, and safety solutions
• Proven experience in technical or industrial sales (Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Logistics, or related sectors)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Solid organizational and time-management skills including pipeline management and opportunity tracking
• Comfort with field work and willingness to travel across Nigeria
• Proficiency in office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
