Customer Services Officer

Dame Chops and Events is seeking a Customer Services Officer to provide excellent service support and coordinate client services.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with applications for benefits and entitlement programs
• Advocate for adequate, timely and cost-effective services
• Respond to issues that occur during service delivery
• Assist clients with living independently in their own homes
• Schedule appointments for clients, answer phones and track service records
• Monitor services being provided and stay current on service introductions or discontinuations
• Evaluate service quality and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• OND qualification minimum
• Proven work experience as a Service Coordinator or similar role
• Strong work ethic and service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of services, policies and regulations
• Strong record-keeping and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
