About the role

Area Sales Representative - Kano

BIC Nigeria is seeking a results-driven Area Sales Representative to drive business growth, acquire new customers, and enhance satisfaction among existing clients in the Kano sales area.

Responsibilities

  • Drive BIC business growth and recruit new customers while maintaining existing customer satisfaction
  • Generate sales orders and ensure timely product delivery across assigned sales areas and outlets
  • Manage efficient retail redistribution of BIC products with effective outlet coverage
  • Develop and implement territory coverage plans
  • Identify new sales opportunities within designated areas
  • Execute promotions flawlessly and deploy point-of-sale materials (POSM)
  • Review performance regularly with regional managers and customers against agreed targets
  • Implement SFA and other sales projects without errors

Key Performance Indicators

  • Achievement of sales targets (volume and value)
  • Coverage plan execution and new outlet listings
  • Order frequency and cash collection rates
  • Speed to shelf and high-impact product visibility
  • Strong numeric and weighted distribution of BIC products in region
