About the role
Area Sales Representative - Kano
BIC Nigeria is seeking a results-driven Area Sales Representative to drive business growth, acquire new customers, and enhance satisfaction among existing clients in the Kano sales area.
Responsibilities
- Drive BIC business growth and recruit new customers while maintaining existing customer satisfaction
- Generate sales orders and ensure timely product delivery across assigned sales areas and outlets
- Manage efficient retail redistribution of BIC products with effective outlet coverage
- Develop and implement territory coverage plans
- Identify new sales opportunities within designated areas
- Execute promotions flawlessly and deploy point-of-sale materials (POSM)
- Review performance regularly with regional managers and customers against agreed targets
- Implement SFA and other sales projects without errors
Key Performance Indicators
- Achievement of sales targets (volume and value)
- Coverage plan execution and new outlet listings
- Order frequency and cash collection rates
- Speed to shelf and high-impact product visibility
- Strong numeric and weighted distribution of BIC products in region
