Sales Representative

Whip Smart Service Providers Limited is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Representative for our retail team. You will attend to customers, provide excellent service, promote products, and drive sales while ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Drive sales by effectively promoting products and services
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions
• Process customer purchases and transactions accurately
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Assist in merchandising and arranging products to enhance store appearance
• Monitor stock levels and report inventory shortages when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store environment
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Age: 26–34 years
• Minimum qualification: OND
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must reside within Ikeja or surrounding areas for ease of commute
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service (preferred)
• Computer literacy (preferred)

Working Hours

Monday – Saturday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
