Marketing & Social Media Specialist

HelloMe Limited is seeking a highly creative, strategic, and performance-driven Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join its growing cross-border FinTech team. This role involves developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned digital channels to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid and organic campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Manage social media strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create and publish engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns.
• Support product launches, feature announcements, and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to improve conversion rates and ROI.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing or advertising agency environment.
• Hands-on experience managing UGC campaigns, Lookalike Audiences, and SEO strategies.
• Experience executing performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
