About the role
Customer Service Representative (Events)
Provide exceptional customer support for event clients across multiple channels, managing inquiries, complaints, and client relationships before, during, and after events.
Responsibilities
- Attend to client inquiries across multiple channels
- Provide support before, during, and after events
- Resolve complaints and manage client requests
- Coordinate with operations and event teams
- Follow up on bookings, payments, and client satisfaction
- Maintain client records and prepare reports
- Build strong client relationships
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, hospitality, events, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Event booking or client relationship management experience is an advantage
Salary
₦150,000/month
