Access to Market Lead

The Enterprise Development Centre, Pan-Atlantic University is seeking an Access to Market Lead to support the NiWEMA Scale-Up Programme. This is a senior-level position with a fixed-term contract for 5 years, renewable annually.

Responsibilities:

• Lead efforts to improve market access for SMEs and enterprises.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and partnerships.
• Support implementation of sector-focused programs like the School Leadership Program and Health Management Program.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in market development, enterprise support, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of SME ecosystems and business development.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
