About the role

Customer Service Officer

Mirabol Integrated Services is seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a banking environment. This is a full-time position based in Lagos.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by attending to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Process customer transactions and service requests in line with established policies and procedures
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while promoting the bank's products and services
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal service standards
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or HND from a recognized institution
  • Maximum age of 30 years at the time of onboarding
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Customer Service Officer in a bank
  • Strong knowledge of banking operations, products, and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary

NGN 250,000 - 400,000 per month
