About the role
Customer Service Officer
Mirabol Integrated Services is seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a banking environment. This is a full-time position based in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by attending to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Process customer transactions and service requests in line with established policies and procedures
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while promoting the bank's products and services
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal service standards
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND from a recognized institution
- Maximum age of 30 years at the time of onboarding
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Customer Service Officer in a bank
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, products, and customer service practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Salary
NGN 250,000 - 400,000 per month
