Senior Analyst - Corporate Fund
The Senior Analyst will have particular responsibility for leading Sage Grey Finance's Commercial Paper programme, including programme development, investor mobilisation, transaction structuring, stakeholder engagement, issuance execution, refinancing and post-issuance management. The role will serve as a senior representative of Sage Grey Finance in engagements with institutional investors, Development Finance Institutions (DFIs), pension funds, insurance companies, banks, asset managers, government institutions, capital market operators, professional advisers and other strategic stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation and ongoing management of the Company's Commercial Paper programme.
- Develop the strategy and issuance calendar for the CP programme.
- Lead the establishment, renewal and maintenance of the CP programme and associated documentation.
- Manage relationships with Issuing Houses, Arrangers, Trustees, Solicitors, Rating Agencies, Registrars, Auditors and other transaction advisers.
- Oversee regulatory and transaction requirements relating to CP issuances.
- Lead investor mobilisation and subscription efforts for CP issuances.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors and strategic funding partners.
- Lead engagements with DFIs, government institutions and other development finance partners.
- Structure and raise capital for Sage Grey-sponsored investment funds.
- Support the management and oversight of investment funds established by Sage Grey Finance.
