About the role

Administrative Assistant

Phlo is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Administrative Assistant to support the company's daily administrative and operational coordination activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating schedules, meetings, and operational follow-ups
  • Supporting travel and logistics arrangements for senior leadership
  • Assisting with office setup, supplies, and workplace organization
  • Coordinating vendors, couriers, and operational service providers
  • Supporting logistics for events, activations, and community sessions
  • Maintaining organized records, reports, and documentation
  • Assisting with customer and operational communications
  • Supporting operational coordination across the business

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of basic calendar and scheduling tools
  • Enjoys structure and organization
  • Communicates professionally
  • Can manage multiple priorities

Salary

NGN 150,000 - 250,000 per month
