Thrift Marketer/Collector – South West Zone

Drive deposit mobilization through daily savings collection at LAPO Microfinance Bank Limited. You'll acquire new clients, conduct routine market visits, and maintain strong client relationships across your catchment area.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and open specified savings accounts
• Conduct daily visits to clients (markets, shops, etc.) to collect savings
• Plan routine visits to minimize operational costs
• Deliver excellent client service and manage complaints
• Monitor competitor activity and maintain competitive advantage
• Ensure accurate reconciliation and reporting of activities to supervisors
• Maintain and expand LAPO MfB's brand presence
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

Education:

• NCE/OND in Finance, Marketing, IT/Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant professional qualifications are an added advantage

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in customer relationship and marketing functions
• Proficient with computer devices (smartphone or tablet)
