Student Marketer – Red Bull

Responsibilities

• Represent Red Bull's brand personality and values through authentic interactions with students and consumers
• Build and execute an innovative campus activation plan that engages students across Redeemer's University
• Establish and maintain relationships with key campus figures, student groups, and university management
• Identify and collaborate with collegiate content creators and influencers in Red Bull-relevant scenes
• Execute product sampling campaigns to drive trial and brand awareness at strategic campus locations
• Represent Red Bull at campus events, activations, and sponsored events to deliver memorable brand experiences
• Build awareness and drive participation in World of Red Bull events and initiatives
• Drive social media engagement through authentic, on-brand content
• Partner with sales teams to ensure Red Bull visibility and availability across campus outlets
• Identify and support new distribution opportunities within the university and surrounding areas
• Maintain store standards and execute campaigns with precision and attention to detail
• Report activities and insights through Red Bull's online platform with accuracy and timeliness
• Contribute business development ideas based on local campus trends and opportunities

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Current undergraduate student at Redeemer's University
• Not in first or final year of study
• Valid Nigerian driver's license
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
• Deep immersion in student life with knowledge of campus activities and local hotspots
• Connected with diverse influential groups and individuals on campus
• Strong project management and execution mindset
• Sales-oriented and competitive attitude
• Team player willing to represent Red Bull with branded attire and participate in on-campus activations
