Customer Service Manager

Zinance Limited is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and optimize our customer service operations, ensuring excellent service delivery and driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Improve customer service experience and facilitate organic growth
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Set clear mission and deploy focused strategies
  • Develop service procedures, policies, and standards
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop customer service agents in an empowering environment
  • Monitor industry developments and apply best practices
  • Control resources and achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Manage approved budget effectively
  • Maintain orderly workflow according to priorities

Requirements

  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
  • Proficiency in English
