Best Service Raya is seeking a Customer Care representative to attend to customers, troubleshoot device issues, and support branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers at the branch
• Check phone symptoms and troubleshoot issues
• Register phones in the system
• Collaborate with on-site engineers to handle phone repairs
• Build relationships with market dealers to increase volume at the site

Requirements

• BA/BSc/HND, NCE, or OND
• 1–3 years' experience
