IVD Sales Representative

IfeanHealth Nigeria Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented sales expert to join our newly established IVD department. This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong scientific knowledge with exceptional relationship-building and business development skills. You will serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare providers, promoting innovative In-Vitro Diagnostic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) products and solutions to hospitals, diagnostic centers, laboratories, and healthcare institutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with laboratory managers, procurement teams, and key stakeholders
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions for prospective clients
• Identify and develop new strategies to expand market presence
• Provide product education and basic technical support to customers to ensure successful implementation and satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
• Consistently achieve sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related life science discipline
• Valid professional license or registration where applicable
• Previous experience in IVD sales (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of diagnostic laboratory workflows and clinical applications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to build lasting professional relationships
• Willingness to travel as required
