Fibre/FTTH Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Fibre/FTTH Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of fiber optic network projects, including FTTH deployments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing large-scale fiber network rollouts, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end fibre/FTTH deployment projects from planning to completion
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and vendors for seamless execution
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where necessary
• Ensure compliance with technical, safety, and operational standards
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Manage project budgets and monitor expenditures effectively
• Maintain communication with stakeholders, customers, government agencies, and partners
• Drive process improvements and best practices in fiber network project management
• Mentor and support junior project coordinators/managers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, or a related field
• 4–5 years of proven experience in fibre/FTTH project management within the telecom industry
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic network deployment and infrastructure projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• PMP or related project management certification is an added advantage

Salary

₦400,000 Net (monthly)
