Social Media Manager

Fadac Resources is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our social media presence, grow our online community, and develop engaging content that supports our brand and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging and relevant content.
  • Develop content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
  • Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and manage online communities.
  • Track and analyze social media performance, engagement, reach, and growth.
  • Prepare regular social media reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the graphic design, marketing, and sales teams to develop campaigns and promotional content.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing techniques.
  • Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to improve the company's online presence.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns and coordinate with relevant teams or agencies where required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Excellent content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills are an advantage.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to identify trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
