Hardware Staging & Hot-Swap Engineer

Gidia Oaks Limited seeks a skilled Hardware Staging & Hot-Swap Engineer to join its engineering team supporting the AfWS Eko Atlantic City Tier-III Data Centre in Lagos, Nigeria.

Responsibilities

Install and configure enterprise-grade server hardware
Perform rack-and-stack operations and hot-swap maintenance
Manage cabling, power supply connections, and physical infrastructure setup
Document rack elevation and maintain structured cabling standards
Support data centre physical infrastructure operations

Requirements

ND/HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience in server hardware installation or data centre physical infrastructure
Experience with enterprise-grade server hardware, mounting, cabling, and power supply management
Knowledge of structured cabling standards and rack elevation documentation

Salary ₦500,000 – ₦750,000 gross per month (Negotiable)
