The Retail Manager is responsible for leading and developing the retail team, managing inventory, implementing merchandising strategies, and collaborating with operations and production teams to ensure product availability and an outstanding shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and achieve sales targets.
• Supervise, coach, and schedule retail staff.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Ensure excellent visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Prepare sales and performance reports.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure product availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in the fashion, fabric, lifestyle, or luxury retail industry is an advantage.
