About the role

Field Sales & Business Development Representative

Aureole Consulting Limited is seeking a results-driven Field Sales & Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence across the Lekki–Ajah–Sangotedo axis.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and close new business opportunities (restaurants, supermarkets, estates, corporate clients, churches, etc.)
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers
  • Conduct field visits and business outreach
  • Negotiate pricing and bulk purchase agreements
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Use Instagram and WhatsApp Business to generate leads and engage clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (B.Agric)
  • 2–5 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, or FMCG
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Must be mobile within the Lekki–Ajah–Sangotedo axis
