About the role
Field Sales & Business Development Representative
Aureole Consulting Limited is seeking a results-driven Field Sales & Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence across the Lekki–Ajah–Sangotedo axis.
Responsibilities
- Identify and close new business opportunities (restaurants, supermarkets, estates, corporate clients, churches, etc.)
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers
- Conduct field visits and business outreach
- Negotiate pricing and bulk purchase agreements
- Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Use Instagram and WhatsApp Business to generate leads and engage clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (B.Agric)
- 2–5 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, or FMCG
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Must be mobile within the Lekki–Ajah–Sangotedo axis
