About the role

Front Desk Officer (Administrative & HR)

Theo Hospital Limited is hiring a Front Desk Officer to manage front desk operations, provide administrative and HR support, and maintain professional customer service in our Ketu, Lagos facility.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations and customer service
  • Provide administrative and HR support
  • Utilize office technologies efficiently
  • Maintain professionalism and support daily hospital operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification
  • NYSC completed
  • Minimum of 4 years post-NYSC relevant experience
  • Strong digital literacy and office technology skills
  • Administrative, customer service, and HR competence
  • Must reside within Ketu, Kosofe, Alapere, Ojota, Maryland, Palmgrove, Agility, Mile 12, Agric Bus Stop, or nearby areas
  • Ability to resume immediately and work shifts
