Global Test Developer

Dragnet Nigeria is seeking a Global Test Developer to design, develop, and validate high-quality psychometric assessments that meet international standards. You will leverage research, statistical analysis, and AI tools to create scientifically sound, commercially valuable assessments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, validate, and maintain psychometric assessments aligned with international best practices
• Create new assessment content and enhance existing test batteries across multiple competency areas
• Analyse candidate response data using psychometric methods to evaluate item quality, reliability, validity, and fairness
• Utilise AI tools to accelerate assessment development while ensuring rigorous human review and validation
• Manage and continuously improve the organisation's assessment item bank through documentation, version control, and quality assurance
• Conduct research into emerging trends in assessment science, psychometrics, and AI
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, and external subject matter experts
• Monitor assessment performance and recommend data-driven improvements
• Prepare technical reports and present research findings to stakeholders and clients
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance, ethical, and data protection standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, or related discipline (minimum Second Class Upper)
• 4–7 years of experience in psychometric test development, assessment design, applied research, or related field
• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or SPSS
