Caring Habitat is seeking a motivated leader to serve as a Head Nurse with proven rehabilitative experience. The Head Nurse is responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, ensuring efficient operations of the nursing department, and maintaining high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the nursing team
• Develop and implement nursing policies
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Recruit, train, and evaluate nursing staff
• Monitor patient care activities
• Manage staffing levels and resources
• Implement quality improvement initiatives
• Foster effective communication within the nursing team
• Encourage professional development among staff

Requirements

• At least a Post Graduate Degree in Nursing or related field
• Valid Nursing License (RN or equivalent)
• At least 15 years of clinical nursing experience and 5 years in a supervisory role
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills

Salary

• N500,000 Monthly Net
