CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE

Corona Schools is seeking a customer-focused professional to support admissions, parent engagement, and student enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Handle parent enquiries & follow-ups
• Provide school tours & admissions support
• Assist with lead-to-enrolment conversion
• Manage CRM data
• Address customer objections and provide solutions
• Track performance metrics
• Initiate customer engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin or related field
• Experience in customer service, sales or admissions
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working with targets and data
