Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across sales, travel operations, customer experience, finance, partnerships, and people management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Tourism, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field
• 7+ years' relevant professional experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial/senior leadership role
• Proven experience managing business operations, sales, or a commercial team
• Strong knowledge of the travel and tourism industry
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and business growth
• Strong understanding of corporate travel, travel operations, and credit control
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
• Strong financial and commercial acumen
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance through KPIs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel/business management systems
