Tech Sales Executive

About the Role

Baaraku is hiring a driven Tech Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and help businesses leverage technology solutions. You'll need a strong background in selling technology solutions with understanding of cloud engineering, frontend/backend development, and web/mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities
• Prospect and engage potential clients through email, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other sales channels
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable technology solutions
• Present and pitch software development, cloud engineering, and digital transformation services
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored proposals and project estimates
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM records
• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in technology, software, SaaS, or IT services sales
• Strong understanding of cloud engineering (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), frontend/backend development, APIs, web and mobile application development, and software development processes
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
