Marketing Executive

Best Legacy is seeking a smart, energetic, and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote real estate products and services, generate leads, and drive property sales in Garki, Abuja.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market the company's properties and real estate services
• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Conduct property inspections and presentations for prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Market properties through social media and other online and offline channels
• Meet assigned sales and marketing targets
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
• Previous sales or marketing experience is an added advantage
• Real estate marketing experience is preferred
• Knowledge of social media marketing is an advantage
• Candidates residing in Garki or nearby areas will be given preference

Salary

• ₦80,000 monthly salary
