Digital Sales & Marketing Executive

HRLeverage Africa is recruiting a results-driven Digital Sales & Marketing Executive for a client in the vitamins and skincare industry. You will drive online sales growth, optimize digital performance, and manage customer acquisition across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and support customer acquisition campaigns
• Manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp)
• Respond to customer inquiries and convert leads to sales
• Upload products and update content on website/e-commerce platforms
• Assist in creating marketing content and promotions
• Track basic sales and campaign performance reports
• Support influencer and distributor outreach activities
• Maintain customer database and follow-up leads

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in e-commerce/digital sales
• Strong digital marketing, SEO, and CRO knowledge
• Familiarity with Nigerian market dynamics (Lagos preferred)
• Proficiency in CRM and analytics tools
• Proactive, revenue-driven, and creative mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms
