About the role
Customer Service Representative
Kenex Konsults International is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, or in person
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Process orders, requests, and customer transactions where applicable
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
- Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate department when necessary
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Meet customer service performance standards and targets
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to customer support
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and customer satisfaction levels
Requirements
- Minimum OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service tools
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively
- English language proficiency
Preferred Experience
- Proven experience in customer service, front desk, call center, or related role
Salary
NGN 70,000 - 150,000 per month
