TAAS College is seeking a qualified Mathematics Teacher to join their team in Nigeria. The role involves teaching Mathematics at the secondary school level, preparing engaging lessons, and supporting students' academic progress.

Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics effectively at the secondary school level.
• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons that promote students' understanding and achievement.
• Conduct continuous assessments, examinations, and timely grading of students' work.
• Monitor students' academic progress and provide necessary support.
• Participate in departmental and school-wide academic activities.
• Maintain accurate academic records and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (B.Ed., B.Sc./B.Tech. with PGDE) in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.
• 4–7 years teaching experience in a reputable secondary school.
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian secondary school curriculum, including WAEC, NECO, and JAMB requirements.
• Ability to prepare lesson notes, schemes of work, assessments, and students' progress reports.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in the use of educational technology and digital teaching tools is an added advantage.
• Must be passionate about students' academic development and character formation.
• TRCN certification will be an added advantage.
• Applicants must reside in Ibadan or within close proximity to Ibadan, Oyo State.
