The Pistis Firm is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join their team in Lagos Island, Lagos. This role requires someone with strong sales and negotiation skills, as well as experience in business development within the FMCG industry.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert customers
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify and pursue business opportunities

Requirements

• Age between 20–30 years
• ND, HND or B.Sc.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant business development experience
• FMCG experience preferred
• Strong sales, negotiation and business development skills
• Proven lead generation and customer conversion skills
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Good knowledge of the Lagos business environment
• Target-driven and results-oriented
• Proximity to Lagos Island is highly important
