About the role
Sales Executive
Vectra Company Limited is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to drive new business acquisition and build the membership base for our Larvarium programme cooperative initiative.
This is a ground-based sales role requiring direct engagement with prospects, conversion of leads into committed cooperative members, and management of a growing affiliate partner network.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales leads and prospects
- Engage potential members and explain Safe Nest's cooperative structure and Larvarium programme
- Build and maintain strong client relationships from first contact to closing
- Follow up on enquiries promptly and professionally
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide accurate reports on sales activity and pipeline
- Recruit and manage a small network of Affiliate Partners and Affiliate Marketers
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategy and client experience
Requirements
- Proven ability to sell, persuade, and close deals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly disciplined
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Preferred: Prior experience in cooperative services, financial services, agriculture, or related high-trust industries
Salary
- Base pay: ₦150,000 monthly (on achievement of sales targets)
- Commission and bonuses on top of base pay
- First confirmed close earns ₦50,000, with progressive increases
- Top performers can earn up to ₦650,000+ total monthly earnings
- Base pay increase after successful completion of probation period
- Additional earning opportunities through affiliate-sourced sales
