Financial Reporting Lead (Life Insurance)
Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc is seeking a qualified finance professional to lead its Financial Reporting Unit and report directly to the Chief Finance Officer (CFO).
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Financial Reporting Unit
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, IFRS 17, NAICOM, and tax laws
- Utilize ERP systems for financial reporting
Requirements:
- 7–10+ years of finance/accounting experience
- 3+ years in a supervisory/management role
- ACA / ACCA qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Insurance sector experience preferred
