About the role

Administrative Officer / Facility Manager

Oversee day-to-day operations of fully furnished short-term rental properties, acting as a hybrid property manager and hospitality host. Manage guest relations, booking management, facility maintenance, and staff supervision to ensure high occupancy rates and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage property bookings for walk-in customers and platforms like Airbnb
  • Update availability calendars, optimize pricing, and screen guest inquiries
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and resolve guest complaints
  • Conduct routine property inspections and coordinate maintenance with technicians
  • Supervise cleaning, laundry, security, and support staff
  • Maintain reservation records, process caution fees, and verify client identification
  • Monitor utility bills and ensure adequate supply of consumables and reusables
  • Maintain daily maintenance dashboard tracking issues raised vs completed

Requirements:

  • Minimum HND in business administration or facility management
  • 3–5 years' experience in administration, facility management, or operations management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Proximity to Yaba, Lagos is essential

Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦250,000 per month
